Welcome to Ethoscribe. By using our service, you agree to these terms.

1. Service Description

Ethoscribe is an AI-powered content creation platform that helps you generate social media posts in your authentic voice. We provide:

  • Voice profile learning through an interview process
  • AI-generated content based on your RSS feeds and submitted links
  • Automated publishing to LinkedIn and Twitter/X
  • Image generation for your posts

2. Account Registration

  • You must provide accurate information when creating an account
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
  • You must be at least 18 years old to use this service
  • One person or legal entity per account

3. Subscription & Billing

Pricing

  • Starter Plan: $49/month - 2 platforms, 30 posts/month, 5 RSS feeds
  • Professional Plan: $99/month - 2 platforms, 100 posts/month, 20 RSS feeds, analytics

Billing Terms

  • Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance
  • Starter plan includes a 7-day free trial
  • You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of your billing period
  • No refunds for partial months

Payment

  • We use Stripe for payment processing
  • You authorize us to charge your payment method for recurring subscription fees
  • Failed payments may result in service suspension

4. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

  • Use the service to generate spam, harassment, or illegal content
  • Violate any third-party rights, including intellectual property
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer or exploit the service
  • Share account credentials with others
  • Exceed your plan's usage limits through automation or abuse
  • Generate content that violates LinkedIn or Twitter/X terms of service

5. Content & Intellectual Property

Your Content

  • You retain ownership of content you provide (RSS feeds, links, interview responses)
  • You grant us a license to process your content to provide the service
  • You are responsible for having the right to use any content you submit

Generated Content

  • AI-generated posts and images are created for your use
  • You own the generated content once created
  • We do not claim ownership of content we generate for you

Our Service

  • Ethoscribe, its branding, and underlying technology are our intellectual property
  • You may not copy, modify, or redistribute our service

6. Third-Party Platforms

  • We integrate with LinkedIn and Twitter/X for publishing
  • You must comply with those platforms' terms of service
  • We are not responsible for actions taken by those platforms (account suspension, content removal, etc.)
  • Platform API changes may affect service functionality

7. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

  • Content is generated by AI based on your voice profile and source material
  • We do not guarantee accuracy, appropriateness, or suitability of generated content
  • You are responsible for reviewing and approving all content before publishing
  • AI-generated content may require editing to meet your standards

8. Data & Privacy

  • We collect and process data as described in our Privacy Policy
  • Your voice profile and content data are stored securely
  • We do not sell your personal data to third parties
  • You may request deletion of your data at any time

9. Service Availability

  • We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service
  • We may perform maintenance that temporarily affects availability
  • We are not liable for downtime or service interruptions

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

  • Our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the past 12 months
  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • We are not liable for content posted to third-party platforms
  • We are not liable for any actions taken by LinkedIn, Twitter/X, or other platforms

11. Termination

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time
  • We may terminate accounts that violate these terms
  • Upon termination, your access ends and we may delete your data after 30 days

12. Changes to Terms

  • We may update these terms with reasonable notice
  • Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance
  • Material changes will be communicated via email

13. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA.
